Echocardiogram
An ultrasound scan of the heart, done by the cardiologist in the ultrasound room on floor 0. You lie on your side with your chest uncovered, and the probe is placed on your chest with a conductive gel. The images and measurements are saved and attached to the report.
How to prepare
Bring previous cardiology reports and electrocardiograms. Wear a T-shirt that is easy to take off.
