Tecar therapy
A handpiece that sends energy into the treated area is applied, and you feel moderate warmth. It takes place in the equipped area of the gym on floor 1 and lasts about half an hour. It is usually booked as part of a programme already set up.
How to prepare
Take off watches, chains and other metal objects before the session. Tell the physiotherapist if you have implanted devices or metal prostheses.
