A consultation for diabetes care, with a review of the values recorded by the patient and of the lab tests. It includes blood pressure, weight and waist measurements. The report is given to you at the end of the consultation, together with a reminder of the agreed check-ups.
How to prepare
Bring your blood glucose diary or the sensor download, your latest blood tests and the list of medicines with their doses.
